The complete attachment kit part number was 34818 and contained both the valve stem grinding as well this rocker arm. I do have a copy of the parts manual showing this. From the research I have done it fits valve refacer model's 550 and 626. This is a very old vintage Black Decker valve refacer machine accessory attachment that works along with the stem grinding usually found on opposite end of.
