State department bought them new for over 30,000. The tire changer and balancer are top of the line. See pictures.
The tire changer machine has been slightly used in a non abuse environment for about 2 months. Balancer still listed for sale for 10k and the tire changer are listed at 13k.
Up for offer is an ex state surplus Coats e tire changer with Coats XR1800 balancer. I was told that the balancer is new.
However I won't doubt that it might has one or two cycle on it as testing or demo. I'm selling it for half of the cost. Both unit look to be in mint condition.
