Finally, there is a small area on the interior of can that has factory run in paint. This is a factory painted item that in real nice shape for its age. The exterior of can is embossed with brookins a division blacksnake inc.
It looks like may have been dropped at one time causing a minor bend in the can. I have included a bunch of photos that hopefully will show the condition this awesome vintage piece. I would rate it around 7 or 8 based on the following has some surface rust blade and oil flow stopper linkage. I'm not going to clean or make any repairs adjustments this dispenser, i'll leave that up the winning bidder.
A this is nos new old stock item that has never had oil in it. The box has been ripped opened and is dirty dusty with water stains. Attached to the inside of can there is a metal blade that pierces oil can, filling dispenser.
This offer is for a vintage, old school service station oil dispensing can. However, the oil dispensing can is new and relatively clean for condition of box. I would display it on a shelf in the man cave.
It is a Huffman model no. I think i'm the first person to set eyes on this in over 50 years. The original box is in real sad shape. There is an imperfection in the bottom of can by spout.
The rigid spout folds down and oil is released with a thumb lever. 76 rigid spout seldom-dispenser. The paint has some slight staining from water that looks like it could be cleaned with a mild detergent or polishing compound.
